Admiral Ventilation & Maintenance Ltd are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Briggs & Forrester Subcontractor of the Year award for 2016.

Through Wates, we have secured the opportunity to work on the office refurbishment of Tasman House in Wells Street, London. The 8 floor office has an estimated project time of 8 months.

We will be working on the new theatre build of Bridge Theatre in Duchess Walk, London, through the main contractor Rise. The duration of the projected is estimated at 12 months.

We at Admiral Ventilation and Maintenance are proud to announce that we have secured the Lancaster Hotel project by S & T Interiors. Located in Marble Arch, London and covering 3 floors, we will be working on the hotel reception entrance.

Admiral Ventilation & Maintenance have been awarded the ‘Great Guildford Street’ project by Working Environments City Ltd.  We will be commencing works on this project from 22nd April 2013.
